Paint protection: Safety against scratches & stone chips
The paint protection is 137 my thick. It protects painted surfaces agianst stone chips, scratches, corrosion. It is an optically clear and extremely resistant film for the maximum value conservation of your car. The stone guard film is extremely flexible and suitable for the use on flat and curved surfaces. The advantage: Easy adaptation of the film to complex contours and masking edges. The aliphatic polyurethane film is glossy, non-yellowing and remains permanently transparent. The quality film is washing bay proof, weather-resistant and can be removed without residue.
Broad field of application areas of the stone guard film
By complying with the strict ISO quality assurance standards best quality is guaranteed. Konvex and strong curved 2D and 3D surfaces can easily be coated. Therefore ideally suited for all car parts such as hood, door sill, sill, doors and side panels. The coating provides ideal protection for the paint of trucks, motorcycles, campers, boats and airplanes.

Installation in a dust-free and bright area
Measure the surface and pre-cut the film to size. Clean the surface extensively and sprinkle it with release and lubricant agents. Remove the release liner on the back, spray the adhesive side and place the film on the surface. Position – depending on the body edges and openings – the film centrally or start from the left or right to smooth down the film with a squeegee. Wipe the film dry and cut off possible foil edges accurately.
Tips for installtion of the paint protection film
For the installation of surfaces with edges or beads, the part of the paint protection film with the largest area should be fixed first. This often is the case with door entrances and loading areas. With strong curves or curved surfaces it may be necessary to heat the coating carefully after squeezing with a hot air gun. The film then can be drawned in form in order to enable a wrinkle-free installation. Cause the paint protection film is stretched possible excess foil edges have to be cut off. Instructions: Ordering linear meters, cuttings & rolls
In just a few clicks you can decide whether you want to order linear meters, millimeter cuttings or whole rolls!
Shopping linear meters from the roll
Example: The film is available as linear meter from the roll in roll widths of 0.91 m, 1.22 m and 1.52 m. You need 2.50 linear meters from a 1.22 m wide film roll.
Step 1: At “LINEAR METERS”, select the roll width “1.22 m”.
Step 2: Enter “2.50” in the field “Add to cart”.
Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.
You then buy 2.50 linear film meters in one piece with a width of 1.22 meters. Linear meters are cut individually from a roll and delivered as a short roll in one piece. You are billed for the linear meters ordered.
Ordering millimeter cuttingss
Please take the width and height of your window measured from rubber to rubber, minus 4 mm of leeway all around. Example: Your window measures 1.40 m wide and 2.00 m high. The correct cutting size is then 1.396 m wide x 1.996 m high.
Step 1: Select “1.52” m roll width at “LINEAR METERS”.
Step 2: Enter “2.00” m at “Add to cart”.
Step 3: Enter width, height and number of pieces, i.e. “1.396 m x 1.996 m, 1 piece” at “CUTTINGS” (free text field).
Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.
You then buy 2.00 linear film meters with a width of 1.52 meters, which are cut to 1 film piece with the desired size of 1.996 m long and 1.396 m wide. The ordered linear meters and € 5.00 for the cutting are billed.

Rolled goods (25, 31 or 50 linear meters in one piece depending on the film model) are whole film rolls. If you purchase whole rolls, you benefit from attractive volume discounts. Free film sample
If you wish we send you free film samples by post. This way you can easily test different window films before ordering. The sample is the size of an envelope (approx. 10 x 20 cm).
