Description

MasterEtched Premium for individual glass decoration

The glass decoration film is self-adhesive and ideally suited for exclusive decoration of window panes and glass surfaces. The matallic particles ensure an excellent imitation of etched glass. The adhesive film avoids unwanted reflections and is equally suitable for full-surface installation as well as for processing in cutting plotter machines. The glass decoration film in etched glass look sets impressive accents in the creative interior design. It serves the design of shop windows, glass doors, mirrors u.v.a. smooth surfaces in indoor and outdoor areas. As well as privacy protection or as design of logos. With the MasterEtched decorative foil in silver, these tasks are professional and of high quality.

Polymer calendered special pvc-film with high dimensional stability

The MasterEtched Premium is a calendered special PVC film with polymeric non-wall plasticizers. The material ensures an uniform coloring without clouding effect when installed wet. The film thickness is 0.08 mm, the maximum shrinkage value in smaller 1%. The cover material is a single-sided coated special silicone cardboard with a basis weight of 120 g/m². A trouble-free removal of the gitter is guaranteed. The glasdecor foil is temperature-resistant in the range of -20 °C to + 120 °C and easy to clean with conventional, not too aggressive cleaning agents. Even after several years of use, the glass decorative film can be removed without residue due to the special adhesive.

Installation of the MasterEtched Premium in the wet gluing process

For optimal results, the application of the sandblast film is recommended in the wet-gluing process. If used without transfer paper, it is recommended to attach the MasterEtched Premium with a squeegee. This avoids scratches on the surface of the film. In any case clean the surface to be plastered extensively. For wet bonding, spray the surface with a little release agent and lubricant. Peel off the protective film on the back, spray the adhesive side and attach to the window. Smooth out all bubbles with a squeegee from the middle and wipe dry, finished. A possible whitening of the adhesive disappears within a few days.

Instructions: Ordering linear meters, cuttings & rolls

In just a few clicks you can decide whether you want to order linear meters, millimeter cuttings or whole rolls!

Shopping linear meters from the roll

Example: The film is available as linear meter from the roll in roll widths of 0.91 m, 1.22 m and 1.52 m. You need 2.50 linear meters from a 1.22 m wide film roll.

Step 1: At “LINEAR METERS”, select the roll width “1.22 m”.

Step 2: Enter “2.50” in the field “Add to cart”.

Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.

You then buy 2.50 linear film meters in one piece with a width of 1.22 meters. Linear meters are cut individually from a roll and delivered as a short roll in one piece. You are billed for the linear meters ordered.

Ordering millimeter cuttingss

Please take the width and height of your window measured from rubber to rubber, minus 4 mm of leeway all around. Example: Your window measures 1.40 m wide and 2.00 m high. The correct cutting size is then 1.396 m wide x 1.996 m high.

Step 1: Select “1.52” m roll width at “LINEAR METERS”.

Step 2: Enter “2.00” m at “Add to cart”.

Step 3: Enter width, height and number of pieces, i.e. “1.396 m x 1.996 m, 1 piece” at “CUTTINGS” (free text field).

Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.

You then buy 2.00 linear film meters with a width of 1.52 meters, which are cut to 1 film piece with the desired size of 1.996 m long and 1.396 m wide. The ordered linear meters and € 5.00 for the cutting are billed.

Have whole film rolls delivered

Rolled goods (25, 31 or 50 linear meters in one piece depending on the film model) are whole film rolls. If you purchase whole rolls, you benefit from attractive volume discounts. To do this, please enter the desired numbers of roll pieces at WHOLE ROLLS. You also can send us an email to service@vonkuester.de. We will then send you an offer that you can then order. Cutting whole rolls to a specific roll width is also possible on request, please contact us.

Free film sample

If you wish we send you free film samples by post. This way you can easily test different window films before ordering. The sample is the size of an envelope (approx. 10 x 20 cm). It does not need to be returned after testing. Please fill in the fields below so that we know where to send the film sample.
