Specifications sun control paint

• Application: outdoor, 1 liter is sufficient for about 6 – 7 qm synthetic glass surface
• Material: epoxy resin composition of pigments and solvents
• Included: paint, bonds with art glass, permanent adhesion and abrasion resistance therefore guarateed
• Applicability: Smooth, uneven art glass surfaces of polyvinylchloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS), polycarbonate (PC), Plexiglas, Makrolon, Lexan. In further and SR-coated plastic glasses experiments on the adhesion is required. For polyethylene, and mixtures of polyamides no coating is possible.
• Drying time: 1 – 4 hours depending on the ambient temperature
• Visible light: high light transmission, 99.5% UV protection
• Bleach protection factor: 6-times multiplying of the bleach protection factor by the sun control film
• Light scattering factor: increase of the light scattering factor by the sun control paint to 2 times
• Glare control: reduction of 92% sun glare by the sun control paint

• Rough cleaning of the synthetic glass surface with our professional window cleaner
• Fine cleaning of the synthetic glass surfaces with vinegar and water, then dry
• The stirred sun control paint remains workable for up to 8 hours
• Spraying of synthetic glass by the low-pressure process not under 5 °C
