Orajet 3551 for professional digital printings and labellings
The digital printing film is self-adhesive and ideally suited for printing of letterings, logos and graphics. Inkjet printing can be done using solvent, latex or UV inks. The adhesive film impresses with the color intensity and brilliance of the printed motifs. It reaches its permanent final adhesion after 72 hours and can be repositioned until then. The digital printing film is used to design advertising on vehicles, means of transport and advertising signs in indoor and outdoor areas. With the Orajet 3551 digital printing film, these tasks can be carried out professionally and with high quality. It is available in a glossy white version in various dimensions.
Polymeric soft PVC film for strong indoor and outdoor advertising
The Orajet 3551 is a calendered soft PVC film. The polymer material ensures very good processing on smooth and curved surfaces. The film thickness is a low 70 my, the maximum shrinkage value in the direction of travel is max. 0.2 mm. The cover material is a one-sided silicone paper with a basis weight of 143 g / m². A n easy removal of the waste grate is guaranteed. The plotter foil is – glued to aluminum – temperature resistant in the range from -50 °C to + 90 °C. Thanks to its special adhesive the digital printing film can be removed without leaving any residue even after several years of use.
To protect the printings, we recommend the use of the Oraguard protective laminate 215. This can prevent mechanical damage to the printings.

Processing of the Orajet 3551 dry or wet
The digital printing film can be installed dry or wet. Always thoroughly clean the surface to be glued. For dry installation smaller foils, completely remove the silicone paper and align the foil with the substrate. Press the film on at one corner and spread it out with a plastic squeegee with overlapping movements. In the case of larger foils, remove the silicone paper bit by bit during the gluing process. For wet installation, spray the surface with a little release and lubricant agent. Peel off the protective film on the back, also spray the adhesive side and apply it wet to the surface. Smooth everything with a squeegee from the center, free of bubbles, let it dry, done.
