Black carbon film with perceptible 3D surface
The black carbon foil gives the glued surfaces a deceptively genuine carbon look. The 3D surface provides a tactile surface structure. It is an extremely resistant quality foil for a maximum revaluation of the glued surface. The film has proven itself in practice, it is extremely flexible and resistant. The advantage: The film and suitable for use on smooth and curved surfaces. It allows easy adaptation to complex contours and easy edge gluing. Due to the high-quality processing, the polymeric quality film is resistant to wear and tear, weather-resistant and can be removed without leaving any residue if necessary.

Careful cleaning of the surface before installation
Measure the surface to be covered and roughly cut the film. Thoroughly clean the surface and spray with a little release agent and lubricant. Peel off the silicone paper cover on the back, spray on the adhesive side and position on the surface. Depending on the course of the body edges and openings, place the film in the middle or start from the left or right, smooth the film with a squeegee without bubbles. After smoothing cut off any excess film edges and finally remove the transparent protective film, done.
Tips for the flexible 3D installation of the carbon foil
When bonding to areas with edges or beads, first the part of the carbon foil with the largest surface should be firmly nailed. This is often the case with door entries and loading sills. In the case of strong curves or curved surfaces, it may be necessary to carefully heat the carbon foil after smoothing with a hot air blower. The film can then be drawn into shape to allow wrinkle-free bonding. Since the carbon film is stretched by cutting off any overlapping film edges. Detailed installation instructions for carbon foils are included with each delivery free of charge.

Instructions: Ordering linear meters, cuttings & rolls
In just a few clicks you can decide whether you want to order linear meters, millimeter cuttings or whole rolls!
Shopping linear meters from the roll
Example: The film is available as linear meter from the roll in roll widths of 0.91 m, 1.22 m and 1.52 m. You need 2.50 linear meters from a 1.22 m wide film roll.
Step 1: At “LINEAR METERS”, select the roll width “1.22 m”.
Step 2: Enter “2.50” in the field “Add to cart”.
Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.
You then buy 2.50 linear film meters in one piece with a width of 1.22 meters. Linear meters are cut individually from a roll and delivered as a short roll in one piece. You are billed for the linear meters ordered.
Ordering millimeter cuttingss
Please take the width and height of your window measured from rubber to rubber, minus 4 mm of leeway all around. Example: Your window measures 1.40 m wide and 2.00 m high. The correct cutting size is then 1.396 m wide x 1.996 m high.
Step 1: Select “1.52” m roll width at “LINEAR METERS”.
Step 2: Enter “2.00” m at “Add to cart”.
Step 3: Enter width, height and number of pieces, i.e. “1.396 m x 1.996 m, 1 piece” at “CUTTINGS” (free text field).
Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.
You then buy 2.00 linear film meters with a width of 1.52 meters, which are cut to 1 film piece with the desired size of 1.996 m long and 1.396 m wide. The ordered linear meters and € 5.00 for the cutting are billed.
Have whole film rolls delivered
Rolled goods (25, 31 or 50 linear meters in one piece depending on the film model) are whole film rolls. If you purchase whole rolls, you benefit from attractive volume discounts. Cutting whole rolls to a specific roll width is also possible on request, please contact us.
Free film sample
If you wish we send you free film samples by post. This way you can easily test different window films before ordering. The sample is the size of an envelope (approx. 10 x 20 cm).
