Installation: Step by step installation of static films

Static foils can be installed without great effort. They are attached using the so-called wet installation process. Read here how to proceed step by step:

1. Clean the surface to be coated thoroughly and spray it with destilled water.
2. Cut the foil so that the edges of the foil have a distance of 1 – 2 mm to the frame.
3. Peel off the protective liner on the backside and also spray the backside with destilled water.
4. Apply the wet foil to the wet window surface and position it to the desired location.
5. Squeeze everything bubble-free with a squeegee, starting from the center to the edges.
6. Finally, all you have to do is to wipe the wet edges dry with a cloth and everythign is finished.
