The installation of self-adhesive privacy films is done using the so-called wet installation method:

1. Cut the film in that way that the edges of the film have a circumferential distance of 1-2 mm to the edge.
2. Then thoroughly clean the surface to be coated and spray it with release and lubricant agent (installation liquid).
3. Then peel off the protective film on the back of the foil and also spray the adhesive side with installation liquid.
4. Apply the wet foil to the sprayed window and position it in that way that it is in the right place on the pane.
5. Squeeze everything bubble-free with a squeegee. Starting evenly from the center to the outside of the foil.
6. Finally, all you have to do is wipe the wet edges dry, and the installation of the window coating is done.

Static privacy films

Static privacy films adhere to the glass pane without glue using static attraction. Self-adhesive films are installed in the same order. The only difference is that no installation fluid is required. Distilled water is sufficient for the application.
